Job Title: Digital Marketing Designer

We're seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Designer, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. As a creative force, you'll be at the helm of your projects, steering them from concept to completion with a keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and edit visual assets, graphics, and illustrations for social media content using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Create basic animations and motion graphics for engaging social media posts using Adobe After Effects.
  • Ensure social media content meets accessibility standards and guidelines using online tools.
  • Design quick, professional-looking designs for social media platforms using Canva.
  • Craft effective marketing messages that resonate with target audiences and align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across various social media channels and campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize content and strategies.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Basic knowledge of online tools for measuring accessibility standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of Canva for creating professional-looking designs.
  • Understanding of online advertising rules and ratios.
  • Marketing messaging and positioning expertise.
  • Strong understanding of branding guidelines.
  • Time management and organizational skills.

  • Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams.
