Job Title: Residential Property Manager

Job Summary:

BentallGreenOak is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential rental community, ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing net operating income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the property's operational and business functions, including rent collection, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead a team of site staff, service providers, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in residential property management or a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in a business or hospitality field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Yardi.
