Job Summary

As a Senior Property Manager with FirstService Residential, you will play a key role in managing and directing an assigned team of Property Managers, ensuring properties are maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Property Managers to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors to develop and communicate strategic goals
  • Ensure client satisfaction and deliver high-quality service
  • Mentor and support junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in residential property management, preferably with supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure
