Artisan Sandwich Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Artisan Sandwich Specialist to join our team at Subway. This role is essential in providing our customers with high-quality sandwiches and exceptional service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
This position is based in an urban setting, providing a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and surfaces.
- Efficiently clear and clean dining areas.
- Assist in loading and organizing trays and buspans.
- Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all utensils and dishes are clean.
- Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
- Replenish condiments and supplies at service stations.
- Keep accurate records of food inventory.
- Prepare take-out orders with care.
- Portion and wrap food items as needed.
- Prepare, heat, and finalize simple food items.
- Stock and maintain salad bars and refrigerators.
- Take and process customer orders efficiently.
- Utilize manual and electrical appliances for food preparation.
- Ensure the kitchen area is sanitized, including all work surfaces and equipment.
- Handle and store cleaning supplies responsibly.
- Receive and organize supplies in storage areas.
- Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
- Maintain kitchen tools, including sharpening knives.
- Keep floors clean through regular sweeping and mopping.
- Prepare vegetables and fruits for use in food preparation.
Please note that public transportation is not available in this area.
