About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at TSM Foods Inc. as a Pastry Artisan. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough and batters for a range of products, including bread, rolls, muffins, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet established quality standards, including taste, texture, and appearance.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to special orders and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
