About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at LUCULLUS PASTRIES INC. as a Pastry Artisan. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements
