About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Implementation Coordinator to join our fast-paced team at LEAP Legal Software. As an Implementation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our software solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Work closely with external consultants to coordinate and manage the implementation process.
  • Ensure high-quality data entry and maintenance in internal systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding for in-house implementations.
  • Liaise with clients to set expectations and provide support throughout the implementation process.
  • Follow up with clients after implementation to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with client queries, identify and resolve issues, and maintain implementation documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of implementation processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in Software as a Service (SaaS), legal, or legal tech industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and recommend solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
