Your Role as a Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients by ensuring the seamless operation of automated medication dispensing devices. You will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software systems, providing technical training to healthcare professionals, and conducting routine maintenance checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive installation, configuration, and testing of medical device hardware and software.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to healthcare professionals on the use and maintenance of automated medication dispensing systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance procedures to ensure optimal device performance and reliability.
  • Effectively manage project timelines, customer needs, and communication channels.
  • Travel extensively within designated regions to support client installations and service requests.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic software applications and the Microsoft operating system.
  • Exhibit strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot technical equipment.
  • Maintain physical stamina for extended periods of standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
