Office Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at JHH Transport Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing guidance to our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop team members in their duties and policies
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Ensure the efficient operation of office equipment
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks
- Establish work schedules and procedures
The Office Supervisor will supervise a team of 16-20 people, including computer operators, data entry clerks, record and file clerks, telephone operators, couriers, messengers, and door-to-door distributors.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeThe ideal candidate will have proficiency in R, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Security and SafetyThe Office Supervisor will require a basic security clearance and a criminal record check.
Transportation/Travel InformationParking is provided by the employer, and public transportation is available.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe Office Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and will require attention to detail.
Personal SuitabilityThe successful candidate will possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude.
This is a permanent position, working 40 to 45 hours per week, with English as the primary work language.
