Position Overview

The Production General Manager will oversee and coordinate various aspects of our manufacturing and production operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting organizational goals.

Work Conditions
  • Employment Type: Permanent

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Work Environment
  • Various locations in the manufacturing or production sector
  • Business services related to production
Financial Oversight

Responsible for managing a budget ranging from $100,001 to $500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate activities across regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning
  • Set objectives for the organization and approve relevant policies and programs
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals.

Experience in Work Environment Evaluation
