Position Overview

The Production General Manager at UpMeals Technologies Inc. will oversee various operational aspects within the manufacturing sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years in a relevant field
Work Environment
  • Various locations within the manufacturing or production sector
  • Business services related to production
Financial Oversight

Responsible for managing a budget ranging from $100,001 to $500,000.

Core Duties
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the activities of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and oversee human resources planning.
  • Set objectives for the organization and develop or approve policies and programs.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals.

Experience Requirements
