Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in leading our restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and developing our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our General Managers to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless operations.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to drive business success.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor control, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
