Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
    • Evaluate daily store operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Staff Management
    • Manage a team of staff and assign duties to ensure that the store is running efficiently.
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective marketing strategies to meet that demand.
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and manage budgets to ensure that the store is operating within its financial means.
    • Monitor revenues and expenses to identify areas for cost savings and implement changes as necessary.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language
    • English.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
