As an E-commerce Assistant Manager at Claire's, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager with various responsibilities:


Sales and Profit Management:
- Driving and achieving retail sales objectives

Operational Excellence:
- Ensuring the store operates efficiently
- Maintaining effective merchandising and commercial standards
- Assisting the Store Manager in training and mentoring the store team to enhance their skills and career growth
- Providing ear piercing services (comprehensive training will be provided)

We specialize in trendy jewelry, accessories, and cosmetic products, catering to a diverse clientele that includes children and young women. We encourage all team members to showcase our products through personal styling.

We are committed to your professional development and require a minimum of one year of retail management experience.

Additional Requirements:
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to analyze sales data and solve problems strategically
- Capability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Physical tasks may include bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing to assist customers and organize merchandise throughout the store.
