Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to identify and document website requirements.
  • Update and maintain existing software applications as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate technical issues, processes, and solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, manuals, and documentation regarding software operation and maintenance.
  • Gather, select, and organize information for website content, ensuring optimal design and layout.
  • Assist in documenting user requirements.
  • Create and enhance website content utilizing various software tools, including graphics and databases.
  • Support the development of both logical and physical specifications.
  • Research and assess a range of interactive media software products.
  • Conduct testing and implement security and quality controls.
  • Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other online applications.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Illustrator, JavaOS, and networking software.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and website management software.
  • Experienced with MS Office, spreadsheets, SharePoint, and WordPress.
