Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, modify, and test software applications tailored for e-commerce platforms
  • Support and enhance existing software systems through necessary updates
  • Effectively communicate technical challenges and solutions
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including reports and manuals, regarding software functionality and maintenance
  • Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements
  • Contribute to the development of both logical and physical software specifications
  • Research and assess various software products to determine suitability
  • Manage and resolve incidents related to software performance
