Job Summary:

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team at the Canada Games Centre in Halifax, NS. As a leading provider of rehabilitation services, we are passionate about enriching the health of Canadians through movement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat out-patient musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants to provide comprehensive care.
  • Work closely with the inter-professional team at your clinic to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Supervise Physiotherapy students as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and client referral sources.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
