The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Banking Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to deliver full-service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a financial institution or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
