Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 10-12 Sales Development Representatives.
- Work closely with regional Sales Directors, VPs, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to align the SDR team's efforts with regional needs.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and motivation to a high-performing sales team.
- Assist in the recruitment, staffing, and training processes to build and sustain a strong sales team.
- Lead and inspire a dynamic sales environment.
- Offer guidance and constructive feedback to the sales team regarding their sales and personal development.
- Conduct weekly forecast reviews and quarterly progress assessments with each representative.
- Manage team productivity, opportunity pipelines, and quality to ensure targets and standards are met.
- Collaborate with fellow SDR Managers on departmental projects and initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in mentoring or leading a team of BDRs/SDRs in a high-volume outbound role.
- Proficient in using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Salesloft, or Outreach.
- Extensive experience in conducting and teaching cold calling, personalized outreach, and innovative prospecting strategies.
- Proven track record in forecasting, territory planning, and account mapping.
- Demonstrates resilience, positivity, energy, and a results-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to support team success.
Compensation
Salary range: $82,000-$95,000 CAD plus commission.
