Job Title: Assistant Manager - Operations and Marketing

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Alliance Trade & Commerce. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet sales targets.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in operations and marketing.
