Position Overview

The Window Washing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations within the organization, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel to enhance team performance.
  • Supervision: Direct and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to maintain operational effectiveness.

  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
