Cleaning Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Good Clean & Maintenance Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Recommend additional services as needed
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
