Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Window Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our high standards of safety and cleanliness are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Inspect sites to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our staff are working safely.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules to ensure that our cleaning operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Client focus and ability to work in a team environment.
