Key Responsibilities

  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our systems and software.
  • Incident Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other support analysts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor other technical support team members.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide support for business systems, network, and Internet issues.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Web-Server Support: Perform backup and recovery operations for web servers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Private sector.
