Customer Support Specialist

Dessercom is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist. As a key player in our organization, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides essential products for emergency response to various sectors, including ambulance services and private enterprises.
Qualifications and ExperienceIdeal candidates will possess relevant educational backgrounds, such as Administrative Techniques, Administrative Assistant DEP, AEC in Inventory Management, or Logistics Training. A minimum of 3 years of experience in fields like inventory management, customer service, or administrative support is required.

- Organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing tasks;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Independence, initiative, and accountability;
- Attention to detail and versatility;
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level;
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications;
- Familiarity with Acomba software is a plus.
Your role will include:
- Managing incoming emails and phone calls efficiently.
- Providing courteous and professional assistance to our business partners.
- Guiding clients through the online ordering process.
- Responding to inquiries regarding product details, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Processing orders in the Acomba software and ensuring accuracy.
- Preparing simple quotes and providing pricing information to clients.
- Creating new client profiles in the accounting system.
- Handling incoming mail and ensuring proper distribution.
- Processing checks for banking deposits.
- Maintaining updated client information in the Acomba software.
- Managing invoicing tasks.
- Carrying out any other related duties as assigned.
This position operates on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
