Seasoned customer service professionals with experience in the automotive sector can immediately join our team, earning up to $18 per hour.*

No prior experience REQUIRED

Many of our successful customer service representatives began their careers with us as trainees, having no previous experience. They came from backgrounds such as hospitality, retail, call centers, or other customer-facing roles.

PAID TRAINING AVAILABLE

We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills to effectively explain our auto glass repair procedures, address customer inquiries, and manage billing processes. During your training period, you will earn a minimum of $15/hr*, and after completing training, your pay can increase to $18/hr*.

As a Customer Support Representative at Driven Brands, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting walk-in customers, scheduled appointments, and returning clients
  • Generating estimates, pricing quotes, and invoices for automotive services
  • Managing phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Supporting the Manager with daily inventory returns
  • Ensuring accuracy in parts ordering
  • Documenting all calls and following up with customers as necessary
  • Confirming all mobile job parts and materials prior to dispatching
  • Opening new accounts and servicing existing ones
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude

Our Customer Support Representatives must meet the following criteria:

  • A positive attitude and a customer service-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is advantageous
  • Previous phone or call center experience is beneficial
