Program Overview

The Wealth Management Associate Program is a comprehensive training program designed to develop sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role. The program focuses on building a foundation for success centered on developing core financial planning skills and complementary client discovery skills attained through the wealth planning process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on wealth management strategies and solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive wealth planning services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of expertise.

Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate or master's degree by June 2025, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong aspiration to build a career in a Wealth Advisory role.
  • Curious, competitive, and critical thinking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
