Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
- Train and develop staff to ensure excellent service and quality standards
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- At least two years of supervisory or management experience in the restaurant industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve exceptional results
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
