Food Service Team Lead

At Mr. Sub, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are meeting our high standards for quality and service.
- Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales.
- Prepare and submit reports on food order summaries for the chef.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
