Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join Mr. Sub as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to achieve exceptional customer service and food quality standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Manage Operations: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules, manage inventory, and ensure that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced food service environment requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a physically demanding environment.
