Regional Partnerships Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Partnerships Coordinator to join our team at the First Nations Health Authority. As a key member of our regional engagement team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining partnerships with Vancouver Island First Nations, Island Health, and other health system partners.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide leadership and coordination support to partnership work, ensuring alignment of shared goals and priorities. You will work closely with community leaders, health system partners, and other stakeholders to identify and address emerging needs and priorities.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and provincial and federal health systems. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
About You- You hold a post-secondary degree in Health Sciences, Education, or Social Services, or a related field.
- You have relevant experience in coordination support to First Nations communities, with a strong understanding of First Nations health system needs.
- You possess knowledge of stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and provincial and federal health systems.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of the goals and perspectives of BC First Nations and knowledge of First Nations issues as they relate to regional partnerships.
