- Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or management role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
