About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant in Digital Media Production to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our Digital Practices/Studio 24 team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital events and productions that showcase our brand and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operationalize the Control Room and Sound Control Room: Ensure the smooth operation of our in-house studio, including logistical coordination, technical cutting, and equipment preparation.
  • Prepare Live Events and Filming: Coordinate and execute live events and filming projects, including script development, ideation, and content creation.
  • Solve Technical and Logistical Problems: Troubleshoot and resolve technical and logistical issues in real-time, ensuring seamless execution of events and productions.
  • Organize Digital Events: Coordinate internal and external digital events, including team collaboration, external vendor management, and execution.
  • Advise on Event Strategy: Provide expert advice on event strategy, scripts, shooting, and ideation to ensure alignment with our brand and values.
  • Evolve Studio Work Processes: Continuously improve and enhance studio work processes, recommending best practices and training the team.
  • Create Set Universes: Design and assemble sets for events and productions, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual experience.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Simultaneously manage multiple projects with various stakeholders, working in an agile mode to ensure timely delivery.
  • Influence Stakeholders: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, staying up-to-date on industry trends and innovating to meet our goals.
  • Master Post-Production: Oversee post-production processes, including editing, color grading, special effects, and audio editing.
  • Ensure Visual Aesthetic: Ensure that the visual aesthetic of our productions aligns with our brand image, delivering high-quality final products.
About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team of 5 colleagues within the Employee Experience sector, reporting to the Senior Manager of NBC/Studio 24 Digital Practices. Our team designs and executes high-impact digital productions to engage and mobilize employees, promote our culture, values, and activities, and increase our brand awareness.

Requirements
  • 5-10 Years of Experience: Proven experience as a control room operator in a studio or similar position.
  • Audiovisual Expertise: Excellent knowledge of audiovisual equipment and filming techniques.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Ability to work outside of normal business hours, with flexibility and availability to meet project demands.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Teams, with knowledge of at least one of the following software: Davinci, Fusions, and Resolve.
Language

Fluency in French and English is required, with the ability to work closely with colleagues outside Quebec.
