Position: Research Project Coordinator

The Centre de recherche de l'Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Research Project Coordinator. Reporting to Dr. Karine Bilodeau, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting and coordinating research projects within the laboratory.

About Our Focus:

Laboratoire Bilodeau is dedicated to enhancing oncology care transitions and services. Our primary areas of focus include:

  • Optimizing transitions at the end of cancer treatments;
  • Facilitating a smooth return to professional life for individuals who have undergone cancer treatment, with particular attention to underserved populations (e.g., young adults) and those receiving innovative therapies (e.g., cellular therapy).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ongoing research projects effectively.
  • Plan and conduct team meetings and data collection activities to ensure project progress.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to project deadlines.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the lead researcher in coordinating team activities and workflows.
  • Contribute actively to data analysis and interpretation, providing valuable insights.
  • Collaborate on the preparation, review, and dissemination of essential project-related documents, including ethics applications, implementation plans, evaluation reports, articles, training guides, and press releases.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required to contribute to the success of research endeavors.
