About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Innovaderm Research. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for managing clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring that all studies are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical trials from start to finish, including site selection, initiation, and close-out
  • Ensure that all studies are conducted in accordance with GCP and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, investigators, and regulatory agencies
  • Develop and maintain study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents
  • Conduct site visits and monitor study progress
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as life sciences or healthcare
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards, FDA and Canadian regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and establish good relationships with colleagues and sponsors
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
