Job Description

Raptor Express Inc. is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and Analyze reports on production and other key performance indicators.
  • Train and Develop our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate and Schedule activities to ensure seamless execution of our logistics operations.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team Player with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork.
Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics operations and team management.

Language: English

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
