About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the efficient operation of equipment and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to team members, reviewing their progress and providing feedback
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be completed in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
