About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will play a critical role in building and executing a roadmap to improve our cost structure, product quality, and supply chain reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative packaging solutions that drive value for our customers and improve our supply chain efficiency.
  • Design and execute a sourcing and supply chain strategy that optimizes processes, reduces risk, and increases profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex packaging problems and develop new capabilities.
  • Develop and mentor a team of direct and indirect reports.
  • Be the subject matter expert in packaging procurement and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of related work experience, with a management consulting, project management, and/or strategic sourcing background.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in strategic sourcing and continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience managing and leading a team of direct and indirect reports.
  • Quantitative and analytical experience, including expertise with G-Suite, Excel, Tableau, and procurement systems.
