Job Description:

As a seasoned sourcing professional, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage category strategies, and negotiate contracts to optimize total cost of ownership. You will work closely with business partners to develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, identify and mitigate risks related to sourcing and supply chain disruptions, and manage complex contracts, including terms, conditions, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize total cost of ownership
  • Manage category strategies and negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to sourcing and supply chain disruptions
  • Manage complex contracts, including terms, conditions, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement sourcing strategies
  • Provide guidance on sourcing best practices and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Advance negotiation skills
  • Strategic sourcing experience
  • Supplier development experience
  • Risk management experience
  • Contract negotiation and management experience
