Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting sales and customer service targets.
  • Manage Inventory: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing shipments.
  • Marketing and Sales: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
