This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our Canadian Distribution team and drive growth across Institutional, Insurance, and Wealth channels.

We are seeking a strategic and client-centric leader to join our Global Distribution team as Head of Canada. You will report directly to the Chief Distribution Officer and be a senior member of the Distribution leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Canadian Distribution team and leverage the broader resources of Aviva Investors to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the Institutional, Insurance, and Wealth channels in line with objectives agreed with the Global Head of Distribution.
  • Provide market feedback to colleagues to contribute to the continual enhancement of our products and business.
  • Maintain and enhance existing client relationships while ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to clients.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of public and private markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, including influencing and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent practical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements with a consistent record of practical compliance.
  • Relevant post-graduate qualifications, such as CFA, CAIA, Masters in Finance, or MBA.
  • Experience of successfully defining and delivering a comprehensive sales strategy.
