Job Title: Head of Insurance and Distribution

At iA Financial Group, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our insurance distribution strategy and partnerships. As the Head of Insurance and Distribution, you will be responsible for developing and executing distribution strategies across iA Wealth and PPI, optimizing distribution channels, and fostering strong partnerships within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends, advisor/client needs, and competitive landscape to formulate effective distribution strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align distribution efforts with business goals.
  • Oversee distribution channels, including brokers, agents, and digital platforms.
  • Evaluate channel performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
  • Bring broad insurance subject matter expertise to the management of iA Wealth's insurance line of business.
  • Develop and implement the strategic direction of the insurance business line, integrating insurance into the overall wealth management strategy of the firm.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in distribution, sales, or strategic partnerships within the financial services sector.
  • Life Insurance License (LLQP) is required.
  • Certified financial planner (CFP) is an asset.
