Job Title: Head Chef

Lava Pizza and Wings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Plan and prepare menus that meet our quality standards and cater to the tastes of our customers.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to prepare and cook food to the highest standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
