Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Golle Painting Inc. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Organization: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
