About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Canadian Tax & Financial Services Inc. as a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile accounts, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and maintain financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns and other financial reports as required.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and support to the management team.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
