Job Title: Bilingual Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Client Service Representative to join our team at BlueSky Personnel Solutions.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work in the office 3 days per week. As a Bilingual Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer requests, processing orders, initiating returns, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders and initiate returns as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

Requirements:

  • Fluently bilingual in both French and English, written and verbal
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • College and/or University Degree
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task
  • Superior working knowledge of MS Office
