About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service professional to join our team at Prime Hires. As a Customer Service Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by managing various aspects of customer service, including answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries related to group benefits.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing support to both internal and external clients. The role also offers opportunities for collaboration with team members and leadership through coaching sessions, weekly learning, and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities
  1. Answering inbound calls for 7 hours daily, addressing client requests with varying complexity
  2. Managing group insurance plan files and ensuring timely follow-ups
  3. Collaborating with team members through monthly coaching and weekly learning sessions
  4. Supporting clients by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (read, write, and speak)
  • 5-7 years of customer service experience (retail, information centers, or service sector)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft apps such as Teams and Outlook
