Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a talented and organized Content Production Specialist to join our dynamic team at Compound Studio. This role is essential in sourcing and collaborating with a diverse range of creatives, content developers, editors, and models.

The Content Production Specialist will take charge of drafting and submitting Requests for Proposals (RFPs), thereby enhancing both the volume and quality of content generated for our brand.

This position calls for an individual who is passionate about leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Source and collaborate with external creatives, content developers, editors, and models to produce high-quality content.
2. Draft and submit RFPs to ensure alignment with the brand's vision and objectives.
3. Oversee the production process from concept to completion, ensuring all content reflects Compound Studio's brand identity.
4. Manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
5. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with a network of creative professionals.
6. Continuously scout for new talent and innovative methods for content creation.
7. Utilize AI tools extensively to streamline and enhance the creative workflow.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a content production role within the fashion, jewelry, or luxury goods sectors.
2. Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
3. Strong creative vision with the ability to align external content with brand identity.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines.
6. Experience in drafting and submitting RFPs.
7. A genuine passion for the Compound Studio brand and its distinctive aesthetic.
8. Enthusiasm for working with AI tools to enhance creative processes.
9. Comfortable in a supportive role, focused on executing the vision of the Creative Director.
10. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to providing solutions.
