Position Overview

The Educational Testing Service is seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to enhance our Enterprise Financial Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain financial systems to align with organizational requirements and compliance standards.
  • Lead the integration and deployment of financial systems, focusing on platforms such as NetSuite and PeopleSoft.
  • Develop and sustain automation workflows utilizing UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Conduct regular system upgrades and patches to maintain optimal performance and security.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities within financial operations.
  • Ensure accurate and secure data management across financial systems.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Implement and uphold security protocols to safeguard financial data.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in an ERP environment, particularly with PeopleSoft, in a business analyst capacity.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Strong expertise in developing automation workflows with UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • A comprehensive understanding of financial processes and data management principles.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Certification in NetSuite, PeopleSoft, UiPath, or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience acting as a liaison between end-users and technical teams.
  • A thorough understanding of relational databases.
