We are in search of an experienced Financial Systems Architect who possesses extensive expertise in financial systems, particularly with platforms such as NetSuite, PeopleSoft, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate. This position entails the design, execution, and upkeep of financial systems to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Spearhead the deployment and integration of financial systems, focusing on NetSuite and PeopleSoft.
- Create and sustain automation workflows utilizing UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Guarantee smooth integration between financial systems and other enterprise applications.
- Provide continuous support and maintenance for financial systems.
- Diagnose and resolve system-related challenges promptly.
- Conduct regular system upgrades and patches to maintain optimal performance and security.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and automation within financial operations.
- Design and execute automation solutions to optimize workflows.
- Ensure precise and secure data management within financial systems.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Ensure financial systems adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Implement and uphold security measures to safeguard financial data.
- At least 6 years of experience in an ERP environment (PeopleSoft required) in a business analyst capacity or similar role with functional expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing NetSuite and PeopleSoft.
- Strong skills in developing automation workflows with UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and data management principles.
- Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Certification in NetSuite, PeopleSoft, UiPath, or Microsoft Power Automate is preferred.
- Familiarity with other financial systems and tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Experience leading or participating in all phases of a full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for enterprise development.
- Experience acting as a liaison between end-users and technical teams.
- Extensive experience and functional knowledge of the PeopleSoft environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of relational databases.
- Strong background in accounting or finance.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to facilitate communication across the organization.
